MARK YOUR CALENDAR & SAVE THE DATES! CABEC’s "Rising to New Standards" Conference will take place in beautiful San Luis Obispo May 6–8. The 2010 CABEC Conference, themed "Rising to New Standards", will be jam-packed with enriching session presentations given by industry leaders and informative speakers. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit a variety of excellent Vendor exhibits, showcasing state-of-the-art products and technologies. Evenings will be fun-filled as well. Thursday evening we will host a Reception at Embassy Suites. After the reception, guests can wander downtown, where San Luis Obispo closes down the main street for 6 blocks long weekly Farmer’s Market featuring street vendors, live music, local produce, great food, and more! Friday evening’s gathering will feature an outstanding meal and time for fun and friendship at the famous Madonna Inn, close to the Embassy Suites. Saturday will offer you an opportunity to join a group to tour a number of Green Buildings with local resident and CABEC Member John Ewan. Registration includes all costs associated with attendance at the Conference, as well as the Thursday and Friday evening recreational events, and Saturday afternoon’s optional tour of Green Buildings in San Luis Obispo. The "Early Bird" rate (until February 5, 2010) for CABEC Members is $300 and for Non-Members $400. Starting February 6, 2010, the cost will increase to $350 for CABEC Members and $450 for Non-Members. To register, click the Conference Registration link on the graphic above. The Embassy Suites is offering a block of rooms to CABEC Members for $149 (plus taxes) per night. Breakfast will be included for Embassy Suites guests.
